Kenneth Hendricks

Acting General Counsel

Kenneth Hendricks joined the U.S. Office of Special Counsel in 2010, and has served as the Acting General Counsel since October 2011. Prior to OSC, Ken was an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he served as the Chief of the Administrative Appeals Staff at the Office of Information Policy. Prior to DOJ, Ken was an attorney at a law firm in Fairfax, Virginia. He was a paralegal at DOJ's Office of Professional Responsibility during law school. Ken earned his law degree from George Mason University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree, with honors, from GMU.
