Electronic Post Deployment Health Assessment (ePDHA) and PocketPDHA enable deployed medical forces to meet presidential and congressional directives set forth in the Title 10 requirement—the assessment of all Service members’ medical conditions following deployment.

Completed on MC4 hand-held devices or MC4 laptops, the app helps medical staff screen for at-risk Service members and facilitates the capturing of physical and psychological health data. The app can alert medical staff of potential warning signs and refer Soldiers for follow-on treatment.

ePDHA Feature 1

Electronic version of DD Form 2796 (post deployment health assessment)

ePDHA Feature 2

Assess behavioral health, traumatic brain injury and environmental exposures

ePDHA Feature 3

Laptop and hand-held versions enable stand-alone or networked modes
