For several years, the National Physical Activity Plan (NPAP) has been a driving force for policies and initiatives that aim to increase physical activity in the U.S. The Plan consists of comprehesive strategies for all sectors of society that, when implemented, move us closer to a national culture that supports physically active lifestyles. Ready to teach the Eat Healthy * Be Active Community Workshops in your own community? Join us for a one-hour Webinar to learn how you can best implement the workshop series.
