Mission
The Program's mission is to ensure that EEO principles and requirements are integral to RL/ORP management's policies, practices, and procedures to achieve and maintain a representative, technically qualified, productive, and highly motivated work force; to promote cooperative, harmonious, and relevant work place relationships; and to ensure full compliance with all applicable civil rights laws, rules, and regulations.
