Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the war fighter's one-stop source for support of the communications and electronics systems providing support. CECOM supports war fighters throughout training activities, field support for modifications and upgrades, as well as logistical expertise to ensure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time.

Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) provides information management and information technology solutions that capture, manage and share health care data for the military's electronic health record (EHR). DHIMS develops the software used on MC4 systems.

Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) maintains the technological superiority of the U.S. military to prevent technological surprise from harming national security by sponsoring revolutionary, high-payoff research to bridge the gap between fundamental discoveries and their military use. MC4 works with DARPA to test and develop various projects, such as the Hands-free EMR Initiative.

Program Executive Office for Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), U.S. Army provides the Army with training devices, simulations, simulators and instrumentation for both training and testing. PEO STRI utilizes MC4 systems during simulation training to better prepare users for the battlefield.

Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) is the largest and most progressive depot facility in the DOD, performing worldwide depot level maintenance repair, overhaul and fabrication support for ground, airborne, navigational and satellite communications-electronics equipment and missile systems. TYAD supports MC4's efforts with its storage facilities, global systems repair and technical fulfillment services.
