Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the war fighter's one-stop source for support of the communications and electronics systems providing support. CECOM supports war fighters throughout training activities, field support for modifications and upgrades, as well as logistical expertise to ensure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time.

Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) provides information management and information technology solutions that capture, manage and share health care data for the military's electronic health record (EHR). DHIMS develops the software used on MC4 systems.

Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) maintains the technological superiority of the U.S. military to prevent technological surprise from harming national security by sponsoring revolutionary, high-payoff research to bridge the gap between fundamental discoveries and their military use. MC4 works with DARPA to test and develop various projects, such as the Hands-free EMR Initiative.

Defense Health Services Systems (DHSS) provides and sustains clinical support, medical logistics and resource management information technology capabilities that support the delivery of world-class health care to Service members and their families during times of peace and war. MC4 systems utilize DCAM and DMLSS applications to support the medical logistics mission worldwide.

Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army [OASA(ALT)] develops, acquires, fields and sustains the world's best equipment and services, as well as leverages technologies and capabilities, to meet current and future Army needs.

Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), U.S. Army is responsible for large-scale DOD and Army information technology system development efforts supporting finance, logistics, personnel, communications infrastructure, biometrics, medical and war-fighting functions. PEO EIS oversees the MC4 Product Management Office.

Program Executive Office for Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), U.S. Army provides the Army with training devices, simulations, simulators and instrumentation for both training and testing. PEO STRI utilizes MC4 systems during simulation training to better prepare users for the battlefield.

Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) seeks to harness advanced technologies and new knowledge to address the evolving health and medical needs of today’s service members, veterans and their families. TATRC partners with MC4 on new battlefield technology projects.

Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) is the largest and most progressive depot facility in the DOD, performing worldwide depot level maintenance repair, overhaul and fabrication support for ground, airborne, navigational and satellite communications-electronics equipment and missile systems. TYAD supports MC4's efforts with its storage facilities, global systems repair and technical fulfillment services.

U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) provides command and control of the Army's fixed-facility medical, dental and veterinary treatment facilities, providing preventive care, medical research and development and training institutions.

U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S) envisions, designs and trains a premier military medical force for full spectrum operations, as well as has varied functions in doctrine development and applied research. AMEDDC&S partners with MC4 to train systems users and develop training products.

U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) plans, synchronizes and provides medical logistics for health service support to forces conducting joint and full spectrum operations.

U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) develops and manages medical materiel to protect and sustain the war fighter.

U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL) is the central laboratory and the largest source of world-class integrated research and analysis in the Army to provide the best technologies for Soldiers. ARL develops solutions that are fielded by MC4.

U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) is the Army's medical materiel developer, with responsibility for medical research, development and acquisition and medical logistics management. MC4 partners with USAMRMC to test the latest medical logistics applications before fielding the software to users throughout the world.
