    The Republic of Georgia is going to deploy four battalions to Afghanistan over the next two years. To prepare the units, Marine Corps Forces Europe and the Marine Corps Training and Advisory Group stood up the Georgia Deployment Program, or the GPD. The first of these four battalions recently traveled to Hohenfels, Germany, to put the skills they've learned to the test. Sgt Rocco DeFilippis has the story.
