Federal Employees Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)

Each year, federal employees participate in the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, which measures employee satisfaction and leads to improved government operations. In the 2010 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey, OSM improved on 81 percent of the 62 questions measured between 2008 and this year. OSM is focusing on continuing to improve worklife benefits and personal work experiences for its employees.
