MIHAIL KOGĂLNICEANU AIRBASE, Romania—A Sailor with the Helicopter Sea Combat 28 signals to a MH-60S Seahawk helicopter prior to a night Forward Area Refueling Point training event as part of the Special Operations Command Europe’s Jackal Stone 11 exercise on Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base, Romania, Sept. 16, 2011. The Seahawk landed in a field and was refueled by a MC-130H Combat Talon II, based out of 352nd Special Operations Group at RAF Mildenhall, U.K. The purpose of the exercise is to enhance special operations forces capacity and interoperability between the nine participating nations, while simultaneously building cooperation and partnerships.
