GSA is Going Green!
In July 2013, the Vendor and Customer Self Service (VCSS) website will replace BillView as the system for accessing your RWA bills and statements. Bills for IT Services will continue to be available in BillView.
VCSS offers improved bill and statement formats, provides one website for customers to view all their bills once all phases of the project have been completed, and increases the timeliness of bills and reduces environmental footprint by moving from paper to electronic billing.
