TALLINN, Estonia – Electronics Technician 2nd Class Michael Loftus removes a mooring line on the flight deck of the guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99) during a sea and anchor detail as the ship departs Tallinn. Farragut is on a scheduled deployment in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
