U.S. and Norwegian special warfare boat operators keep the rigid hull inflatable boats steady and close to ROS Midia (LSNS 283) so U.S., Norwegian and Ukrainian special operation forces can disembark the Romanian naval vessel during the demonstration at the Romanian Naval Port in Constanta, Romania, for distinguished visitors on the opening day of Exercise Jackal Stone 2011, on Sept. 17, 2011. Jackal Stone is an annual multinational special operations exercise designed to promote cooperation and interoperability between participating forces, build functional capacity and enhance readiness.
