A Romanian Special Forces medic, left, and a U.S. Army physician assigned to 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group evaluates a multinational team of SOF medics as they render first aid to a simulated casualty to safety as part of the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course held in Udbina, Croatia.
