What do you find most rewarding about your work at USSTRATCOM?
Working with the other branches of service as a Battle Staff member.
What has been a challenge for you regarding your work at USSTRATCOM and how have you overcome that challenge?
One challenge all members of the military face is finding time for the family while balancing a challenging work schedule. Leadership has worked with all of us to ensure we have time with our family after being on alert status. We also plan numerous events for our families to meet each other and maintain troop morale.
What is the one piece of information or advice about working at USSTRATCOM that you'd pass on to new members of the STRATCOM team?
When you arrive to STRATCOM or any new assignment, take the time to get your family settled in. Once you get them situated, take the time and effort to truly understand your mission. Remember to always stay humble and never forget where you've been, and the people that helped you achieve all your goals.
