Located across Capitol Hill are the buildings and grounds of the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Supreme Court, and Library of Congress. Most of the buildings and grounds are open and free to the public. However, for public safety, many buildings have restrictions on items that may be brought into the buildings.
