SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – An A-10 Thunderbolt II from the 81st Fighter Squadron taxis down the flightline here Sept. 4. The 81st Fighter Squadron is leaving for Ramstein Rover 2012 (RARO12), a month-long tactical flying exercise held at and around Namest Air Base, Czech Republic. More than 15 nations are participating in the NATO partnership-building exercise, which will give each country the opportunity to share joint tactics, techniques, capabilities and procedures.
