David McClure, Associate Administrator for GSA's Office of Citizen Services and Communications delivered the keynote address at the Digital Government Institute's Government Customer Service Conference.  McClure's December 3 speech at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC, highlighted GSA's focus on ways to foster citizen engagement as part of the Obama Administration's mandate for more open and transparent government operations.

McClure talked about GSA's leadership role in the government customer service arena and urged federal agency IT professionals to focus on the citizen experience, integrate information channels, and collaborate with peers.
