Part two (2) of the presentation will discuss the elements of a retaliation complaint including: regulatory statutes, timeframes for filing complaints, and OFCCP complaint processing. |

FACOSH advises the Secretary of Labor on all matters relating to the occupational safety and health of federal employees. This includes providing advice on how to reduce the number of injuries and illnesses in the federal workforce and how to encourage each federal executive branch department and agency to establish and maintain effective occupational safety and health programs. The tentative agenda includes a discussion on revitalization of field safety and health councils, updates from FACOSH subcommittees, and the Secretary of Labor’s report to the President on Federal Department and Agency Occupational Safety and Health Activity.
