Course Title: Performance Management for Supervisors and Managers

Course Description: This two-day training provides a highly interactive, instructor-led orientation designed for new supervisors and managers (2 years or less) in dealing with performance relations issues. It explains the stages and elements of the performance management process, benefits of active and consistent engagement in performance management, the importance of coaching and feedback, and much more.
