QUICK FACTS FOR TRAINING COURSES AT THE
JOINT DEPLOYMENT TRAINING CENTER (JDTC)
PLEASE NOTE: Entrance to Joint Base Langley-Eustis may take up to 30 minutes. You will need a DoD Photo ID to enter.

REGISTRATION
A final US SECRET security clearance is required to attend JDTC instruction (IAW Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction 6731.01B). Interim SECRET security clearances are not sufficient. Please contact the JDTC Registrar with any questions or concerns.

MOBILE TRAINING TEAM (MTT)
To schedule a MTT, please visit the Customer Requested Instruction/Support (CRI/CRS) section by selecting the link in the “Quick Links” box. If unable to access/submit a CRI/CRS, please contact the JDTC Registrar, eustis.jdtc.registrar@us.army.mil

BILLETING INFORMATION
Students make their own billeting arrangements. Contact the Army Central Reservations Center (ACRC) [1-800-462-7691 or DSN 879-2790] for non-availability statements and/or assistance with billeting on Joint Base Langley-Eustis. ACRC hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 0600-2100 and Weekends and Holidays from 0800-1800 EST. Travelers are encouraged to visit the DoD Lodging website at http://www.dodlodging.net/VT_Eustis.htm

GENERAL INFORMATION
  1. Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE) is located approximately one mile West of I-64 on Ft. Eustis Boulevard. There are three area airports convenient to JBLE: Norfolk International Airport, Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport and Richmond Airport. JDTC has classrooms at two locations within Joint Base Langley-Eustis:

    3. Students should check their registration information for the correct building number.
  1. Classes begin at 0800 hours daily: please report NLT 0745 hours on the first day of class. For course credit, students must attend all instruction and complete all course requirements.
  1. Attire for attending JDTC instruction:
    1. Military: ABU, ACU, NWU, CUU, or Flight Suit
    2. Civilian: Business casual
  1. Class times run until approximately 1600 each scheduled day; plan travel accordingly.
