Mission Statement

The Center Force Development Division is responsible for the development, delivery, procurement, and administration of education and training programs for our serviced civilian population. Improving individual job performance, promoting career development, and "Creating a World-Class Workforce"...by educating and training our civilian human capital.

Vision

To accomplish our designated mission with perseverance, pride and integrity, establishing us as the education and training leader of choice

Goal

The goal of the Center Force Development Division is to provide, establish, maintain, and increase as necessary the capabilities and competitive advantage of the civilian workforce. To this end, it must support an environment where people, both individually and collectively, continuously improve their knowledge and skills. The architecture of such an organization must integrate customer service, resources, technology and continual process improvement practices toward providing education and training when and where it is needed; at the highest quality, with the most efficient methods, and at the best value.

Workforce Development and Analysis Branch

DPDA is responsible for management of Center Strategic Force Development programs to include: workforce analysis to identify force requirements, mix and gaps; accessions, retention, separation and succession planning; workforce acculturation, talent and career development; and senior leader management and development.

Center Education & Training Branch

DPDT is dedicated to providing a broad range of education and training services to civilian employees at Hill AFB, to include those serviced as part of support agreements. DPDT is responsible for courseware support/development, Instructor led training to include; supervisor leadership development, skills, technical and systems training.
