  • Sucralfate, some milk products, antacids, and oral iron preparations
  • Omeprazole, lansoprazole, H2-antagonists
  • Didanosine (given as a buffered tablet)
  • Cholestyramine

 

 

  • Block absorption of quinolones, tetracycline, and azithromycin
  • Reduce absorption of ketoconazole, delavirdine
  • Reduces ketoconazole absorption
  • Binds raloxifene, thyroid hormone, and digoxin
