Bullies are no longer just the tough kids on the school playground. With today’s technology, these troublemakers are able to do their taunting online, too.  It’s called cyber bullying, the use of technology to harass or bully someone through forums, chat-rooms, with instant messaging, on sites like Facebook and with hate E-mail. Cyber bullies can be smart and savvy web-users, so it may be hard to recognize them at first. But there are warning signs to pay attention to. Being able to recognize a cyber bully and knowing how to react appropriately can help you stay safe online.
