APPLICATION

Send in your AA Degree Application and proof of service (LES) BEFORE sending transcripts/score reports. It is the student's responsibility to ensure all documents are received by the AA Degree Office; you MAY NOT be notified when we receive your documents. Those applying for more than one degree require a separate application for each language.

Effective August 15, 2012, the AA Degree Office will accept electronic transcripts. Transcripts must be sent directly from verified institutions or agencies. If, for whatever reason, our network is not able to process the electronic transcript format from an institution or agency, it will be the student's responsibility to ensure an official sealed paper copy is received by the AA Degree Office. The 30 day requirement is still in effect. Transcripts received less than 30 days prior to graduation do not guarantee award of the degree at your graduation ceremony. Our email address may be found on the AA Degree application form at the lower left corner.

Please read our important documents and FAQ above before contacting the AA Degree Office with questions.
