Phillip Brinkley
Inspector General
Mr. Phillip Brinkley, the Defense Media Activity Inspector General, was raised in a military family and educated in numerous schools throughout the United States and Europe. He graduated from Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and was commissioned as a Distinguished Military Graduate into the US Army as a Second Lieutenant, Field Artillery.
