The Student Career Experience Program (SCEP) is an Office of Personnel Management (OPM) program implemented by the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to introduce new potential workforce members to the Agency by providing students temporary employment opportunities. Students can apply for the program through participating accredited institutions of higher learning. Students completing the program requirements can be offered permanent jobs in DCMA or other Federal Agency's.
The DCMA experience provides students and future employees an exciting opportunity to learn the Agency's mission, culture, processes and customers. The DCMA learning experience links directed to the student's academic degree program of study.
SCEP vacancies and hiring decisions are determined
