DOI FOIA Improvement Plan



On December 14, 2005, the President issued Executive Order 13,392, entitled "Improving Agency Disclosure of Information" (published at 70 Fed. Reg. 75,373). The Department has taken many steps to review its FOIA operations and implement a plan to address identified deficiencies.
