The Investigations and Resolutions Division's charter is to investigate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) discrimination complaints for Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.  They are conducted at the request of the agency after an EEO complaint has been filed with the agency.  Individuals wishing to file a complaint of employment discrimination should contact their agency EEO Officer.
