MISSION: To provide quality primary health care for all Tri-service fighting forces at the Defense Language Institute (DLI) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and enrolled pediatric family members; proactive occupational health services for the civilian work force, medical support for local commands; maintain the highest level of medical readiness; promote staff development.

VISION: To provide accessible, safe, high quality, compassionate, and customer-focused patient care; provide preventive health care and promote healthy lifestyle through education.
