Omaha Man Receives 60 Months for Distributing Crack Cocaine
United States Attorney Deborah R. Gilg announced that Larry Johnson, 20, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced on July 23, 2012, to 60 months in prison by Chief United States District Court Judge Laurie Smith Camp for distributing 28 grams or more of crack cocaine. In addition, Johnson must serve 4 years of supervised release following his release from prison.
Johnson was arrested by officers of the Omaha Police Department and agents of the ATF following an investigation in which he sold crack cocaine to a cooperating witness.
