News story photo
Even in the pouring rain couldn't stop this great performance.
Open Post events are a great way for our Army community to interact with the Japanese community, and this year’s Bon Odori Festival was no exception. Locals braved the rain to come onto Camp Zama and sample diverse foods, fun demonstrations, dancing, and live music. The USARJ Band’s Rock Band gave a thrilling performance, despite bad weather and technical difficulties, and had attendees literally dancing in the mud and rain. Thanks to everyone who helped make this event such a huge success!
