BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY FRAUD--Wealthy shareholders are using Trusts to illegally avoid taxes. The shares are put into "street name" where the SEC and IRS cannot recognize. When the shareholder dies, the shares are transferred using the trust. However, the shares are never reported and the same "street name" is used. This is what happened with my grandfathers shares where they were transferred to Bill Gates illegally. This allows Buffett and Gates to have controlling interest (over 51%) in Berkshire Hathaway no matter what the shareholders vote every May. Gates has been voting those shares illegally since my grandfather died because it was not a legal transfer and taxes were never sought. This corruption goes all the way to the auditing firm where Lance Munger was apart of the certified audits but no longer works there as we found that he has a connection to Berkshire and it is not a "certified audit" because of that. I sent more details certified mail to Darrell Issa and they were signed for to amke sure that he got them. This is the main reason Buffett does not want to pay a dividend because then it will expose all the fraud to the IRS and SEC. It might be good to point out all the paid off people-- attorneys, attorney generals, county attorneys, judges, IRS, and SEC employees. This is all common knowledge here in Nebraska more specifically Cuming County!
