The Office of Warrior Care Policy is pleased to provide comprehensive resources that assist recovering and transitioning Military Service members and support Military families to meet their needs and achieve their goals.

RCP:

The Recovery Coordination Program oversees and executes policy that standardizes non-medical care provided to ill, injured and wounded warriors across the Military Departments, including the assignment of a Recovery Care Coordinator for eligible recovering Service members.

OWF:

Operation Warfighter is a Federal internship program for wounded, ill and injured Service members. OWF places recovering Service members in supportive work settings that positively impact their rehabilitation and prepare them to return to active duty or to transition into jobs in the government or private sector.

NRD:

The National Resource Directory is a website for wounded warriors, Service members, veterans and Military families. It provides access to thousands of services and resources at the national, state and local levels to support recovery, rehabilitation and community reintegration.

WARP:

The Warrior Athletic Reconditioning Program enhances recovery by engaging ill, injured and wounded warriors in individualized physical and cognitive activities outside of traditional therapy settings, inspiring recovery and physical fitness and encouraging new opportunities for growth and achievement.
