Washington, D.C. - Congressman Brad Sherman will host a town hall meeting on Middle East policy on July 6 at Temple Judea in Tarzana.
Ehud Danoch, Consul General of the State of Israel, will be the congressman�s special guest at the forum on recent developments in the Middle East, including terrorism, legislation affecting the region, and efforts by Iran to develop nuclear weapons.
Both Congressman Sherman and Consul General Danoch will be available to respond to questions. Free parking and kosher refreshments will be provided.
Congressman Sherman is a senior member of the House International Relations Committee. He is the ranking Democrat on the Subcommittee on International Terrorism and Nonproliferation. Sherman is a leading advocate of strong bonds between the United States and Israel.
