JKO is an enterprise training system that delivers joint web-based training courses, products, and services. Joint training courses are available via the JKO Learning Content Management System (LCMS). JKO also has a portal for collaboration on a wide variety of training topics. Our coalition partners can access JKO via our Internet Public Portal.

The JIAT program is now being maintained from our new portal on Intelink.  Please refer to that portal for future updates.

JKO provides theater-specific required training that arriving personnel and units assigned to, rotating to, or in temporary duty status to U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) must complete prior to their deployment. It is imperative this training be completed to facilitate accomplishment of assigned missions or tasks, and at the same time, ensure you understand specific policies and customs that will prepare you to act in a manner that is compatible and respectful of the culture and laws of the Republic of Korea and thereby maintain good order and discipline.

If you are just browsing our courses or you know which courses you need to take, then you can access the JKO Learning Content Management System (LCMS) directly via your Common Access Card (CAC) or login (instructions for login are on the LCMS). First-time students will be asked to complete a short student profile after login.

Department of Defense Students: JKO has moved to a new portal system that uses the Intelink platform. If you are accessing Intelink via a U.S. military network or U.S. government network (.mil/.gov), then you can automatically access the JKO site without login.

Coalition Students: The JKO Internet Public Portal (JKO IP) has moved to a new portal system that uses the All Partners Access Network (APAN) platform.
