Northwest Section The Northwest Section is co-located with the Northwest Region of the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in Seattle, Washington. The office provides legal advice and assistance on issues related to the administration of NOAA programs in the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.  The office has eleven attorneys, one paralegal, and one support staff.
