Chief of Public Affairs and Administrative Staff The U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Public Affairs Office (PAO) plans and implements public affairs activities within Headquarters, U.S. Army Forces Command, develops and executes information strategies, facilitates media operations and community relations, and conducts public affairs planning and training. The FORSCOM PAO provides public affairs guidance and technical support to FORSCOM units. It also coordinates force provider issues for deploying forces.
