Access & Visitation
The Access and Visitation Program grants provide funding to states to administer programs that help noncustodial parents spend time with their children.
Below are some examples of activities permitted with access and visitation grant funding:
- Mediation
- Parenting plans
- Parenting education and counseling
- Visitation enforcement, including monitored and supervised visitation and neutral drop-off and pick-up
- Guidelines for visitation and alternative custody arrangements
