MOSCOW, Russia — Members of the U.S. Navy Band wait to play during the 65th annual Victory Day Parade in Moscow, Russia, May 9. Troops from Britain, France, Poland and the United States marched with 10,000 Russian forces in front of about two dozen world leaders to commemorate the end of World War II. The parade also featured tanks, ballistic missiles and a fly-over by 127 aircraft.
