ODESSA, Ukraine — Navy Lt. Cmdr. James Mcdonald holds a pre fleet brief for Ukrainian navy Rear Adm. Viktor Nosenco, commander of Ukrainian navy for Sea Breeze 2010 and deputy commander of Ukrainian naval forces and Navy Capt Daniel Schebler, commodore, Combined Task Forces 67, and the rest of the crew flying on the P-3 during Exercise Sea Breeze 2010 July 21.
