February 2009 - Three consultations to shape the future of energy efficiency
In February 2009, the Government released three consultations that set out its strategy for reducing carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions from the existing housing stock. We have produced summaries of the consultations for local authorities. We can also provide guidance on setting up area wide 'whole house' refurbishment schemes in your area.
