As a nationwide database, IDIS provides HUD with current information regarding the program activities underway across the Nation, including funding data. HUD uses this information to report to Congress and to monitor grantees. IDIS is the draw down and reporting system for the four CPD formula grant programs: CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA. The system allows grantees to request their grant funding from HUD and report on what is accomplished with these funds.
Grantees also use IDIS for Recovery Act programs: CDBG-R, TCAP and HPRP.
This site is the primary source of current information regarding HUD's Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS).
This is where you can find the link to log on to the system.
This is where you can find information related to the CDBG Program.
The Training pages contain step by step instructions on accomplishing tasks in IDIS, as well as quick reference documents.
Using IDIS involves the input and output of relevant HUD Formula Grantee data. The Reporting and Guidance section offers you links to see how the IDIS data currently is reported, as well as guidance on IDIS and Program reporting requirements.
The IDIS Library contains a wealth of system documentation, including an IDIS Reference Manual, system Release Notes, IDIS LIVE! newsletters, and others.
