RELOCATION OF MIDWEST, NORTH-ATLANTIC
AND SOUTHEAST REGIONS
Proprietors of distilled spirits plants, bonded wine cellars,
brewers, dealers in and users of specially denatured
alcohol, users of tax-free alcohol, manufacturers of
cigars and cigarettes, proprietors of export warehouses,
taxpaid wine bottling houses, reprocessors of specially denatured alcohol articles, manufacturers of nonbeverage
products, wholesale dealers in alcoholic beverages and
importers of alcoholic beverages, proprietors of fruitflavor concentrate plants, bottle manufacturers, and other
concerned. Also, in the Midwest Region, Federal firearms
licensees and explosives licensees and permittees.
Purpose. The purpose of this circular is to inform you of
impending changes in the location of the regional offices in the
Midwest and North-Atlantic Regions, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco
and Firearms, and to advise you of a previous change of location
of the regional offices in the Southeast Region.
Effect of Change.
(1) Effective November 11, 1974, the new location and mailing
address of the Midwest Regional office will be as follows:
