ERROR ON FORM 2731 (REV. 2-69)

Proprietors of distilled spirits plants and others concerned:

This circular is issued to alert you to a small but potentially confusing error on the February 1969 revision of Form 2731, Monthly Report of Bonded Storage Operations.

The heading of column (h) has in error been keyed to footnote No. 2 whereas it should properly have been keyed to footnote No. 1. Please take this into account in making the entries in column (h).

When Form 2731 is next reprinted, we will of course see to it that the error is corrected.
