Return of Obsolete Certificates of Label Approval

Bottlers and importers of distilled spirits, wines, and malt beverages:

1. The purpose of this industry circular is to request the return to this office for cancellation of certificates of label approval which no longer serve a useful purpose because of discontinuance of brand, revision of label, or for any other reason.

2. This request is made in order to alleviate the crowded condition of the files, to promote efficiency in handling current applications for label approval and to simplify filing procedure.

3. Inquiries in regard to this industry circular should refer to the number thereof and to the symbols: 0:AT:BP.
