The United States is committed to cooperating with you on some of the most important regional and global challenges we face. We look forward to strengthening our partnership with the Government of Belize in its efforts to improve citizen safety and security under the Central America Security Partnership. Through the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), we will continue to support initiatives that increase the reach and effectiveness of health and education services for all Belizeans.
