Welcome to Continuing Dental Education
Housed in the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Continuing Dental Education (CDE) offers over 150 courses annually for approximately 8,000 dental professionals in the United States, Canada and abroad. Guest clinicians and local faculty present lecture, demonstration and participation programs in all the clinical disciplines.
About Continuing Dental Education
Lynda J. Young, 1950-2012
Lynda Young, director of the School of Dentistry’s Continuing Dental Education Program, passed away February 29, 2012, after a short and courageous battle with cancer. She will be dearly missed by everyone in Continuing Dental Education.
Certificate Training in Esthetic Dentistry
Dentists may earn a university diploma in contemporary restorative and esthetic dentistry in addition to mastership credit for the Academy of General Dentistry and continuing education credit for relicensure requirements.
