Summary:

The Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) program is guided by a Technical Field Manager working under policy guidelines established by the Department of Energy (DOE). Through this solicitation, DOE is seeking detailed applications for a Field Manager who will assist DOE in monitoring and managing the program nationally, while also contributing to the target of a 2.5% annual industrial energy reduction as outlined in EPACT, Section 106. The applicant is also encouraged to engage and leverage other partners and resources as appropriate in order to accomplish program objectives.

This is a restricted eligibility. To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be located in the United States.
  • Be a college or school of engineering that is an integral part of its institutional structure and that has at least one of its four-year undergraduate programs accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission or the Technology Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
