News Release: ACUS Announces Appointment of New Senior Fellow
The Administrative Conference of the United States has announced the appointment of Judge John M. Walker Jr. as a new Senior Fellow. Judge Walker is a Senior Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and was formerly a Special Counsel for the Conference from 1987-1992.
Member Spotlight: Government Member
Richard Osterman is currently serving as Acting General Counsel of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Osterman is the Deputy General Counsel for the Litigation and Resolutions Branch in the Legal Division of the FDIC. The Branch provides litigation counsel for FDIC and comprehensive legal support for FDIC’s resolution and receivership functions.
