Sociodemographic Maps—American Indians and
Alaska Natives


Pockets of counties with the highest percentages were located in Alaska, Arizona, New Mexico, North and South Dakota, and Montana. The frequency distribution indicates that for the majority of counties, the percentage of the population reporting American Indian and Alaska Native race was only was between 0% and 5%.
