FedRooms Groups and Meetings Research Tool
Federal agencies that are planning conferences and meetings can now get quotes from hotels participating in GSA’s FedRooms® lodging program. All FedRooms hotels offer rates at or below per diem, and all participating U.S. hotels are ADA, fire-safe and FEMA-certified.
Free Meeting Planning Market Research
In addition, FedRooms, in partnership with an industry on-line research tool provider, now offers group and meeting market research services for government meeting planners. The market research service is free and simple to use:
- Complete an online questionnaire with the group and/or meeting requirements. Requirements should be submitted no less than 30 days prior to event or meeting.
- The FedRooms meeting manager reviews the requirements and transmits the information through the sourcing tool to FedRooms hotels in good standing that meet the requirements.
- The FedRooms meeting manager collects and evaluates the hotel responses, returning all applicable hotel information to the meeting planner within five business days of the initial request.
